The ToDo module is basically a replacement for sticky Post-It" notes.
In phpCOIN v1, the ToDo can be assigned to a specific admin, but the module is limited in functionality.
In upcoming v2 the ToDo can also be assigned to a specific client, and icons are available for emailing the todo to the specific admin (if it is assigned to an admin)
